Default What to do & what not to do!!!!

A business plan is vitally an important document for raising investment and generating simple understanding about proposal of the coming future. Most of such plans take a week or so to come about, whereas there are many that can be written using the aid of corporate finance adviser and other professional.

We have to face the privilege and pain involved in the plans. Its our responsibility to come up with such a plan where you get more of the privilege and less of the pains. But How is it possible...

For me one of the things should be the plan to be short and not long. It allows you to explain it better to the team working for you...

Do you have any more information on this regard, which can help others come up with a brilliant plan of success..

Short plan is a good idea. But i think if you are working in a team, you would be well-served by involving the whole team into the mix of things. Let all of them have a role in the plan. In case, they will know their importance, they are bound to research more and get better results for you in the coming future...

Getting the entire team involved is good. But getting the right man for the right job is even more important. The fact that even though they should know their importance in the team, they should also know how to carry out different tasks properly.

So, I will come up with What not to do:

Please do not allow people to do jobs, which they have no knowledge of. That's a risk, which your organization may not be looking forward to take.

You are right about the right man for the right job. STill, how to know who is perfect on what. There are many cases where people perform exceedingly well initially in a field, but when they are given the responsibility they make mistakes like anything.
