In an online business there always has been a competition, but there are some other plan how to get along with that. Have you started your online business yet? How many people are running it besides yourself? If just yourself, how are you planning on being available for 24/7 live chat - impossible I'd imagine as we all need sleep.

Therefore, you'll need to hire a team to be your customer service. Does your business turnover warrant that at this stage? .....and you'll have to train them on the services that you're offering. Another expense to add before you can start making a profit.

Another alternative would be to be able to have some application on your website where your visitors can leave comments along with their email address, and you will be able to get back to them with an answer.

I would recommend that you'll hire your potential virtual staff from the overseas that may cost you less. I have done outsourcing and it's been effective for my business up to now. I have already staffs from the Philippines and they really do great job that saves me time and give me chances to travel and find partners offline.

It's sad that so many boys are being fed these ideas. While it's true that there are plenty of relationships where women allow guys to disrespect them but continue to stay, a 'decent' man will treat every woman he dates with respect. Those are the types of relationships that have a better chance of lasting.
