Am a firm believer of investment in stock market. So, my first suggestion is avoid those stocks that are actually in the news. Too much of hype means that the stock is being manipulated. So, try to go for something, which has an average buying and selling volume regularly.

I don think so. I have already said. real estate market, especially foreclosures are something, which you can target. Rates of foreclosures are so low, you are bound to make profit even in the current market. Then imagine one day when the market improve, which it will, then what would the return look like.

Invest smartly is all what i ask in foreclosures and be patient.
