I am Bernard O'Keefe and I live in Australia. I have been able to become an Affiliate with TriVita's Cooperative Marketing business.

TriVita is a nuetraceutical company based in Scottsdale, Arizona and they market over 60+ doctor-formulated nutritional products. They run infomercial across North America that bring in 500 - 1000 NEW customer every day. To help pay for this advertising, TriVita partners with their Affiliates by offering them the "Lifetime Profitability Rights" to these customers. For every US$50 that the Affiliates pays towards the infomericals, they receive the "Lifetime Commission" of a customer. Everytime that the customer purchases a product, the Affiliate earns a 21% commission.

I have been an Affiliate in this business since the end of January '08 and I have received 2 commission cheques each month since. Within my back-office, I have access to all the details of all my customers - name, address, phone, email, what they've ordered, when, how often etc, etc. Luckily for me, I do not need to do anything for my customers. They don't even know that I exist as TriVita handles everything for me - they take the order from the customer, collect the money, ship the products to the customer, send them catalogues & informational magazines while all that I have to do is collect my 2 cheques each month and take them to the bank. My ROI has been in excess of 20%.

I thought that I would expand a bit on what I wrote above.

TriVita is about Cooperative Marketing, it is not an MLM. This is a real business that has a proven track record. TriVita has a proven business model and a history of always paying on time. I have received a cheque from them every month since I became an Affiliate Member (AM).

Through their Cooperative Marketing model, I have been able to partner with them and acquire the “lifetime profitability rights” to the customers that my funds bring in. I have not had to find customers like I would have to in traditional MLM.

TriVita gets their customers from TV, Radio and magazine advertising. I can then buy the rights to future purchases of these customers while the company does everything for me at no extra cost: advertising, marketing, research & development, products & inventory, shipping, payments, follow up and more. I receive a commission every time one of these customers makes a purchase from the company. I do no selling. Our customers do not even know that I or any other Affiliate Members exist as they deal solely with the company. For those AM’s outside of North America (like me), we can not even sell the products even if we wanted to as TriVita does not ship outside North America.

TriVita is a nutraceutical (health and wellness) company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. They were established in 1999 by Michael Ellison who’s CEO & founder of the company. He is also the CEO & founder of Ellison Media which is a 38 year old multi-million dollar advertising company. Ellison Media are an integral part of TriVita’s advertising & marketing programme.

TriVita lets its Affiliate Members share in their profits through their "cooperative marketing" model. For example, they could spend $1 Million or more of their own money to advertise in a local market whether that be San Francisco, Chicago, Toronto or Miami. They would have to make a lot of sales from their TV and Radio advertising before they had their money back and made a profit, and before they could advertise again in other parts of the USA & Canada. By partnering with its business affiliates and letting us share in the profits, the company uses the money that is spent by us, to buy customers, in order to pay for their advertising costs. So instead of spending millions of dollars of their own money for advertising, they use our money and are able to do a lot more advertising in many more markets across the United States and Canada. It's brilliant because they can grow their business at a much faster rate without spending their own money.

TriVita has overcome the biggest obstacle that all businesses face: finding and keeping customers that will continue to spend money for years to come. They get their customers from media advertising. They sell them high quality nutritional products (vitamins, weight loss, energy) based on scientific studies and all back up by their 100% money back guarantee. The company then uses the most effective form of direct marketing which are catalogues and the Vita Journal sent directly to the customer 18 times per year which generates even more orders. You do NOT need to have any contact with these customers since the company handles everything. Customers also receive a weekly health related email.

TriVita is currently operating in the USA and Canada. However, there is a way for people in other countries (just like me in Australia) to join and I can help those outside USA/ Canada in this regard.

There are several levels that people can join at if they are interested in TriVita.

The “Complete Pack” is $1499.99 and includes 25 customers.
The “Pro Pack” costs $999.99 and includes only 15 customers.
Our “Basic Pack” is $499.99, and includes only 5 customers.

Customers cost $50 a piece and are yours for life once purchased, so the actual fee to register is $249.99 which includes up to 9 actual products (not sample sizes) and other business building materials.

What can you earn?

This is not a forced matrix so there is no spillover. You can have as any Affiliate Members directly under you as you like, there is no limit. You can earn on up to 7 tiers/levels.

There is no referring required in TriVita. Some people just buy TONS of customers, place their $40 monthly product order on autoship, which we all are required to have to earn commissions, and that is all they do. (This is what I did for the first 6 months that I was in the business.) We earn 40% commission on our customer's first order, then 21% thereafter. You can also directly refer customers yourself and earn 70% on their first purchase, then 21% thereafter. Also, if customers refer customers, you get commissions on them as well at no cost to you.

However, you can earn even more by referring others to become Affiliate Members, in addition to buying customers. You earn 4% on your Affiliate Member's customers’ purchases down to tier 7 as well as other commissions & bonuses as your business grows.

I am part of my team’s “3x3 Team Build” where we recommend that you have only 3 AM’s on your first tier and any extras that you personally enroll can go down under your 1st tier AM’s. This will give profitability to everyone within your team and allow you to achieve higher levels quicker. In our “3x3 Team Build” we encourage AM’s to have a minimum of 25 customers so that they are profitable as soon as possible, and most come in at the “Complete Pack” level for this reason.

Since the 26th March, TriVita has started to release a new Product range -Sonoran Bloom made from the fruit of the Nopal Cactus. It is expected to be a BILLION dollar product and their current flagship product (Sublingual B-12) has already had $250 million in sales over the last 10 years. This Nopalea product helps to protect people from premature aging, reduces inflammation, promotes optimal cellular health and detoxifies the body.

A number of Affiliates who have already received a supply of Nopalea have reported improvements in their health. Diabetics sufering from Neuropathy have had all pain reduced. Asthma sufferers have had their need of medication reduced. Eczema has been cleared up without the need for cortisone creams. Sinus headaches have disappeared. Affiliates with back and hip pain have gained relief. The list goes on.

On 28th April, the CEO & Founder of TriVita (Michael Ellison) and Chief Medical Officer (Dr Brazos Minshew) started a 25 city tour to take the health and wellness message to North America. Dr Brazos has repeated said that "If inflammation is the problem, Nopalea is the solution".

In June/ July, this product range will be released to the general public with infomarcials being aired across North America telling about the benefits of Nopalea as well as the fact that there is an income opportunity attached to it as well. In the 10 years that TriVita has been airing its infomercials, it has never mentioned anything about the income opportunity .... until now.

From these new infomercials, you will be able to purchase the "Lifetime Profitability Rights" to these Nopalea customers (just like in our traditional Cooperative Marketing model). Some of them may even want to become Affiliates within YOUR team and build their own business within your business.

In October, 2 more products from the Sonoran Bloom range are schedules to be released, and in 2010, TriVita plan to take this worldwide. Being from Australia, I can't wait for that to happen though I know that I will have to.

Now, along with the Sonoran Bloom product range, TriVita has also set up a new marketing method to promote their new range. The have introduced their "Share & Earn" programme to allow people who can't afford the traditional Cooperative Marketing model to earn a large income quickly.

With their new "Share & Earn" programme, TriVita will be paying out 70% commission for the first 90 days whenever someone new starts purchasing from the Sonoran Bloom range (currently only Nopalea but an extra 2 products are due to be release around October). With this plan, when someone introduces a new Affiliate or customer down 3 levels, you get paid 30% on the 1st level, 15% on 2nd level and 10% on the 3rd level. The rest of the 70% commission is paid to the Directors for helping us in building our business. Once the 90 days is finished, then commissions will revert to our normal 21% commissions on 1st Tier and 4% commission payments for tiers 2 - 7. Then, whenever you start a new Affiliate using Sonoran Bloom, the 90 day clock starts again.

The good thing about this 2nd way of building a TriVita business is that it costs less than US$200.00 to start (US$35.00 for the starter kit and US$140.00 for a case (4 bottles) of Nopalea) and the income potential is huge. The new Affiliate is able to use this case to help set up new Affiliates in their own business through the Pay it Forward system.

TriVita has released some new tools to help people develop their "Share & Earn" Nopalea business. Within an Affiliates back-office, they can purchase DVD's that explain the product as well as the business opportunity for the high price of US$1.00 each, and you are able to get high quality brochures that folds 3 ways for US$6.25 for 25 brochures.

To "share" the business is as simple as giving out a DVD and brochure to someone. If when you are out and about, and you have the DVD in your hand, it is easier to hand it out as people half-expect it as they can see it and wonder what it is all about. And all that you need to do is hand out a DVD and follow up with them later. Many people have been experiencing great improvements in their health so once your customers/ Affiliates have had their improvement, they will continue to purchase their Nopalea off TriVita and you will earn your commission cheques every month.

To become an Affiliate with TriVita, you need to "technically" be from North America. Now, I've been with the company for the last 15 months and I'm from Australia. How is this possible????

With TriVita, as long as you have your phone and internet access, you can build your business from anywhere. You can travel across the country or overseas on holiday. You can even be from ANYWHERE in the WORLD and still able to build the business!!!

TriVita has advised that anyone from outside North America can become Affiliate Members if they become "US Entities".

Your customers are (currently) only in the U.S.A. and Canada and deal solely with TriVita. TriVita handles all the day-to-day operations for us. It doesn't get much better than that. TriVita's complete training system helped you get started and they have an online business centre to keep you up-to-date on your customers' purchases and your compensation. They give you all the support and tools you need to have a successful business. No matter where you are.

You only require 2 things - a US Tax ID and a US street address. By doing this, you will be a "U.S. Entity" as far as the company is concerned. I can help those of you from outside North America with these details. When TriVita finally goes International, all you will need to do is change your US tax and address details with TriVita over to your local Tax and address. Very easy to do. ...... And then you can start acquiring customers from your own country to add to those that you would already have from the USA.

The TriVita business is still growing strong with their 2 different business building models

They started 10 years ago with their Cooperative Marketing model where people are able to purchase the "Lifetime Profitability Rights" to the commission off their customers orders. I know that I am earning in excess of 20% profit from the customers within my business.

Since 26th March, TriVita has had an additional marketing model - share & earn - to promote their latest product release - Nopalea. With this model, people are able to earn 30% commission in their 1st 90 days in the business on any Nopalea sales and then it reverts back to the traditional 21% commission.

The company is in the process of filming their Nopalea infomercal which will allow us the opportunity to purchase the "Lifetime Profitability Rights" to these customers. This will bring us round in full circle to where the company started 10 years ago.

Hello friend. I have been hearing buzz about this trivita biz. I have done a little research and discovered that it is only for USA and Canada. However I am excited to hear from you that it is possible to join even though we are outside from above mentioned countries. I shall communicate to you in due time once I decide to finally jump on trivita. I have been into MLM since 2004 and currently upline of 2 big networking companies in my country which is giving me residual income regularly so I have time now to expand my horizon and learn IM. Thanks. I helped pioneer the method of those from outside North America in being able to become Affiliate Members of the TriVita business.

Following the release of their latest product - Nopalea - TriVita intend to take this product (and others from the same Sonoran Bloom range due to be released in October) to the world, hopefully starting early next year. Getting involved now, before they expand worldwide, will allow you to start building a team for when they open in YOUR country.
